Our Approach
Properties usually play a long-term role in our lives. Many parameters need to be right so that real estate owners can feel comfortable in their “3rd skin” in the long term. We are happy to accompany you in this extensive process of finding a property or marketing it as good as possible. Careful handling in fulfilling the client’s needs is a top priority in our work.
It is my goal to help you realize your dream property, not only as a realtor, but also as an architect. Thanks to my experience as an architect, I can advise and support you more comprehensively, since I have a much deeper insight into the matter and can resort to hands-on experience and knowledge with regards to building fabrics and technology. Your new property should be long-lived, meet your financial possibilities and fulfil your needs long term. These goals are my top priority!
Thanks to my architectural training, I can advise and support you better when selling your property. A proper market and value estimation and possibly a development and potential analysis, are important. Often, a much better price can be achieved with developed properties. But sometimes one has to decide whether an object should be sold, renovated or sold with a view to renovating it. All these points are to be considered step-by-step to develop the best marketing strategy. The greatest possible success is of course my top priority!
